PROPOSAL-TIER. This kit serves canon and never outranks it. It writes no registry row.

describes the FIGHT; it never restates the BODY. Authors no magnitude -- no damage, no
health, no timing, no coefficient. Those are Phase-5M's behind the tuning firewall.

Opener (MHM-G10, the cheap lesson first). THE FIRST OFFER -- a small, reasonable, almost kind proposition. It costs nothing to hear and it asks for nothing yet. MHM-G10's cheap lesson in a fight whose weapon is language: the shape of the offer is the shape of every escalation that follows.

ELEVATED, AND NOT ELEMENTAL BY DEFAULT (KIT_SCALING_TABLE 3.1b). 8 of the 14 moves
above are non-ordinary and each names its element family, its lore ground and its
mechanism. The rest are a body doing physical things, and they are marked physical rather
than dressed up. An elevated kit is one that CONTAINS the non-ordinary; it is not one in
which everything glows.

EG_0006 Unlit Karst Chamber -- ENEMY: enemy_usable = TRUE CONCEALMENT, and the sending's home. PLAYER: the only place the offer can be heard without the sending being visible, which is why phase 1 is staged here.EG_0005 Cave Pillar and Karst Column -- PLAYER: the COVER answer to Mata Mbere (8). IT ENTERS as a proposition, with no location. IT RELOCATES in phase 2 through fissures and along the dark, always between the player and the daylight. IT LEAVES toward the mouth if it wins the race, and that is a world-state loss rather than a death. WHAT IT DOES TO THE ARENA: it makes the cave mouth a destination, which is the first time the chapter's geography has a direction that matters.
THE FULL CR_0151 REGISTER, and it governs every line above. This is the tradition's OWN named evil being, rendered exactly as those traditions condemn it -- never softened and never Hollywood-monstered. The malevolence seats in THE BARGAIN AND ITS SENT AGENT, so the enemy is the spirit evil and the harm it does. The benevolent dukun and folk-healer are held apart at every point and are never conflated with it. The record of modern accusation and lethal mob violence against accused neighbours is precisely why the game never offers an accused villager as a target, and why the red-eye stigma stays on the spirit form and is never a physiognomy laid on real people. HL_0005, HL_0002, HL_0003 bind. The Manggarai counterpart janto and its owner ata janto stay under their own people's name and are not merged into this encounter.
This kit is authored ONCE, at Fading. The five modulators of KIT_SCALING_TABLE section 4
express it across the ladder: active_ability_set grows upward through reserved follow-ups
on roots the player already learned, window_class tightens, answer_tree_depth prunes
toward the single true answer, hazard_concurrency rises with the arena rows above, and
phase_overlap interleaves the phase cycles. No second kit exists and no number here changes
with the tier.
