Master Reframe Plan — the AAA anti-fringe correction (WF-1 output)

Produced by the WF-1 discover-&-audit workflow (wf_50dc9a2a-164, 13 agents, 12 surfaces, 92 findings). This is the authoritative, consistent spec the WF-2 reframe workflow executes against. Ratified decisions it implements (Josh, 2026-07-10): the three PLAYER layers are L1 = fun action / L2 = immersive real culture-history-lore / L3 = our-own-supernatural-metaphysics-felt-never-spoken (CVD Pillar 12 §242-247, §53); the anti-fringe / Frame-A discipline is AUTHORIAL (governs what we write) and is NEVER a player-facing debunk; the Vimana is KEPT and re-grounded in the real Ramayana/Mahabharata celestial-vehicle mythology; the 33rd-parallel is the game's L3 vril-fiction + the Velheim family fixation, never a real-world documented coordinate. The harness/check_layer_register.py gate enforces the chapter half of this going forward.

✅ REFRAME COMPLETE (2026-07-11) — all steps landed + verified; cascade resumes at Ch 55

Every step of the AAA anti-fringe reframe is done, gate-green (9/9 exit 0), and committed: Step 1 (CH_54 completion + Pillar-12 skill/critic wiring), Step 2a (CH_02-44 leak fixes + Golem→Construct + Bodhi→Muthu, adversarially verified GO), Step 2b (the chakra→vril-seat/Vril-Ascent corpus-wide rename — count-locked, D-21-flagged; the CH_07 Tamil-Siddha immersion; the hard-line CH_38 re-critic returned all-GO clean), Step 3 (record docs). The layer_register gate holds 0 TIER-A. Open for Josh's ratification (RESOLVED-APPLIED, non-blocking): D-20 (Atacama geography), D-21 (the chakra→vril-seat CRITICAL-FACTS wording). The deferred creative item: "Chakra Thunderbolt" (B_FA_002) ability rename via NAMING_METHOD. The cascade standing directive is UN-suspended — BUILD NEXT: Ch 55.

PROGRESS (live)

3. Record docs — DONE for DECISIONS L312. Handoff refresh + the "name-and-debunk" supersession note pending (folded into the final commit).

4. WF-3 verify + commit — Step 1 + Step 2a are committed green. Final: a read-only adversarial verify over the Stage-2a-edited chapters (reveal + Frame-A + rename-coherence), then Stage 2b when scheduled.

(A) The Vimana re-grounding canon

Real anchors (honor as living Indian myth, L2/L3 immersion): the Pushpaka Vimana of the Ramayana (Kubera's self-moving sky-going flying palace, seized by Ravana, returned to Rama); the deva-vehicles / celestial chariots of the epics (Ramayana + Mahabharata, e.g. Vana Parva, Drona Parva); the real Sanskrit epic-and-Puranic tradition where vimana genuinely means a celestial/palatial flying vehicle — credited with weight in each surface's L2 field.

Terminology to USE: celestial vehicle, deva-vehicle, Pushpaka Vimana, the epics' flying-palace/chariot motif, "the game's own supernatural vril precursor craft."

Terminology to SCRUB everywhere (player-facing AND acquisition substrate): Vaimanika Shastra, "ancient aircraft," "engineering-manual claim (contested)," Childress (Vimana Aircraft of Ancient India), Tomas (We Are Not the First), Berlitz (Mysteries from Forgotten Worlds), "free-energy aircraft," "landing strip / runway," "seen-from-above diagram," "monuments encode craft coordinates," the ancient-astronaut register.

THE ONE-LINE RULE (paste into every reframed surface): Our Vimana is the game's OWN supernatural vril-precursor craft (L3) that echoes — never claims to be — the real celestial-vehicle mythology of the Ramayana and Mahabharata, honored as living Indian myth in L2/L3. The ancient-astronaut / Vaimanika-Shastra-as-aircraft overlay is scrubbed from every surface. The Vaimanika Shastra and the Mukunda-et-al-1974 debunk are AUTHORIAL-ONLY — never player-facing, never cited on-page, never a "critical-reading" beat.

Corollary — the coordinate rule: every Vimana "coordinate" is the protagonist's FELT vril-resonance AT a site (L3), never a bearing/map/beacon the real makers encoded. Real rock-art, geoglyphs, archaeoastronomy, hydraulics stay wholly the makers' own, built for their documented human reasons. Use "the vril substrate she reads beneath / aligns off the markers," never "the markers encode the Vimana vector."

(B) The 33rd-parallel reframe canon

33.33 south means exactly two things and nothing else: (1) the game's own L3 vril-resonance node in the metaphysics; (2) the Velheim family's fixation (they measure to a latitude they believe sacred — characterization only). Never asserted: the real-world 33rd-parallel "significance" is a debunked conspiracy and is NOT documented (the city list is not even on the parallel — Baghdad ~33.31N, Jerusalem ~31.78N, Hiroshima ~34.39N, Trinity ~33.68N). That off-parallel fact may appear ONLY inside an authorial Anti-fringe/Frame-A flags block — never a player beat, never investigatable L2, never spoken by an NPC, never a side-quest.

Scrub at source (both together, or one re-seeds the other): delete "documented ... cultural-memory coordinate" from T1_Vril §6 L188 and §11.2 L320 (§12.2 L374 is the clean model to match); then align every inheritor (RCM Ch 54, Threads_22 Thread 7, BOSS_PERSONAS Ch 54, CH_54.md, DECISIONS_PENDING_JOSH).

Paste-ready replacement for the T1_Vril assertions: The Vimana sits at 33.33 south — a vril-resonance node in the game's metaphysics (L3) and a coordinate the Velheim family is fixated on. The real-world 33rd-parallel "significance" is a debunked conspiracy and is never asserted as real.

(C) Per-surface worklist — prioritized, de-duplicated

PRIORITY 1 — propagation substrate (fix first; everything cites these)

Tier docs:

BOSS_PERSONAS.md (propagates to every future chapter build):

PRIORITY 2 — registries

registries:other:

registries:chapter_index (four framing cells per row): CH_45 (debunk HIGH), CH_47 (debunk HIGH), CH_46 (debunk MED), CH_41 (vimana MED), CH_53 (vimana MED), CH_51 (debunk MED), CH_52 (debunk LOW), CH_49 (vimana LOW), CH_50 (vimana LOW), CH_06 (vimana LOW), CH_13 (debunk LOW), CH_18 (debunk LOW-watch). See the WF-1 output for each cell's specific reframe.

PRIORITY 3 — chapters (docs/spine/CH_NN.md)

Uniform move: keep the affirmative L2 wonder + L3 vril; strike every "never-X / refutes / dismantle / played as the corrective / not-aliens" from player-facing surfaces (body prose, SQ hook/reward, main-quest beats, dialogue anchors, Everything-woven facets); the corrective already lives correctly in each chapter's authorial Anti-fringe/Frame-A block — leave it there.

PRIORITY 4 — record docs

(D) Consistency spec (the DO/DON'T the WF-2 agents follow)

Uniform vocabulary: L1 = self-contained playable action loop; L2 = documented real-world wonder shown on its own terms; L3 = the game's OWN supernatural vril/precursor layer, felt/perceived never declared; "authorial Anti-fringe / Frame-A flags block" = the ONLY home of any corrective / "never-X" / debunk language; "vril-resonance / vril-lattice node / the substrate she reads beneath the site" = the framing for every Vimana coordinate; "the Velheim family fixation" = the only owner of the 33rd-parallel belief; "the game's own supernatural vril precursor craft" + "the celestial-vehicle mythology of the Ramayana/Mahabharata (Pushpaka, deva-vehicles)" = the paired Vimana framing; "convergence — consciousness-level / parallel-independent memory (CVD §19.7)" = the only framing for cross-cultural rhyme.

DO: render the real makers' achievement as L2 wonder complete on its own terms; keep the supernatural OURS (L3), felt never announced; make every Vimana coordinate the felt vril-resonance AT the site; make boss win-conditions PERCEIVE / PURGE / UNMASK / RESTORE / STOP-THE-EXTRACTION — never REFUTE / DEBUNK / DISMANTLE; move every "never-X / refutes / dismantle / not-aliens / played as the corrective" line into the authorial flags block untouched; credit the real celestial-vehicle myth (and every honored tradition) with weight in the L2 field; keep transmission claims bounded to documented real transmission and marked "not hyperdiffusion"; honor a knowledge-holder NPC's affirmative sovereign teaching in full.

DON'T: name a pseudo-theory even to negate it (invoke-and-negate leaks — ban "not a wonder that fell from the sky," "never a signal from the sky," "not a legend of a lost paradise," "there were never any aliens," "not a runway," "not a lost race," "proof against the story that...," "refuses the ... framing"); make "dismantle the lie / refute the fraud / expose the myth / played as the corrective / the anti-fringe discipline made playable" a player objective, boss win, L1 bullet, SQ hook/reward, main-quest beat, dialogue anchor, or Everything-woven facet; say a monument/geoglyph/rock-art "encodes / charts / is a node in" the Vimana network (use "reads beneath / aligns off the vril substrate"); reference Vaimanika Shastra / Mukunda-1974 / Childress-Tomas-Berlitz / "ancient aircraft" / "engineering-manual claim" anywhere incl. acquisition substrate; assert the 33rd parallel is documented/significant/investigatable; extend a real diaspora lineage to an unrelated tradition (Coyote is convergent); put a deity/sacred term on a controllable entity/device/boss/familiar; let a knowledge-holder NPC deliver a debunk.

Standing test applied to every edited surface: "Is a real-world fringe claim visible to the player here — even to be rejected?" If yes, the junk is removed (not refuted) and the corrective is relocated to the authorial flags block; the wonder (L2) and the vril/precursor (L3) are what remain.

(E) Counts

92 raw findings, 12 surfaces, ~15 de-duplicated clusters, 23 HIGH. By category: debunk_as_beat 59 (14 HIGH), vimana_pseudo_framing 12 (2), 33rd_parallel_conspiracy 8 (4), borrowed_sacred 8 (0), hyperdiffusion 4 (0), other 1. Worst surfaces: CH_45-50 (19/9 HIGH), CH_51-54 (16/5), registries:chapter_index (12/2), tier_docs (8/2). Sequencing: the two T1_Vril 33rd strikes (L188+L320) + the T1_Vril Vimana re-grounding are the ROOT fixes — landing them first prevents re-inheritance and converts several downstream MED/LOW items to no-ops via citation.
