Director adjudications over PIPELINE_STACK_SYNTHESIS_2026-07-29.md §5, with the 28ak licence
re-reads in hand. Each ruling names its ground. These bind the routing table, the install
manifest, and the Thursday night list; anything here that later measurement contradicts gets
re-adjudicated as a ledger entry, never silently.
The WSL2 Puget comfy_ui container (cu128) is THE PRIMARY generation host on port 8188 — the
3D dossier's sm_120 finding (no 3D repo installs as published; the container is pre-rebuilt)
decides this. Windows-native ComfyUI is the ART fast-iteration second instance on PORT 8189.
One shared models/ tree via the vhdx mount; per-lane checkpoint subdirs. The dispatcher's
lane map records both endpoints; the firewall table gains 8189 (see C-10).
Gen5 hosts the OS, UE + DDC, and SMALL GIT-HOT TREES (the canon repo already lives there; the
site repo joins it — a working tree is not a model store). NO model weights or caches, ever.
The no-site-builds-during-UE-cook rule is adopted as a SCHEDULER rule owned by the control
plane, not an honor-system note.
With Llama-3 CLEAR (28ak: the 700M test is a fixed past date; one attribution string), ARDY is
a full candidate. RULING: install BOTH; the routing table ships `anim_motion:
benchmark-pending (ARDY + Kimodo staged)`; primacy — including the control plane's
split-by-job shape — is decided by benchmark-day A/B on OUR anim jobs, never assumed.
Josh-minimum gains the one-click Llama HF acceptance + the ~16GB gated download joins the
night list, now VISIBLE in the manifest (the C-4 blindness closed).
§5.c blocks Output distribution outside the Territory (excl. EU/UK/KR). No Hunyuan meshes
ship. The 3D ship lane is TRELLIS-class; the routing table records the territorial ground
verbatim; the concurrency ceiling case re-sizes from Hunyuan's 29GB to TRELLIS.2's 24GB.
The row records OpenMDW-1.1 (the VIDEO dossier's fetch is the record), excluded on
capability/support grounds, WATCH-flagged: jumps to re-evaluation if ComfyUI support lands.
A routing table never ships "not read" against a licence that has been read.
One 3B (~7GB) in the shared tree, served by the WSL2 primary; ART calls the same endpoint.
The NVFP4 duplicate is admitted only if benchmark day shows the Windows lane needs local
latency — a measured exception, not a default.
EXCEL_BASS: NAME_REFUTED — REFERENT_REAL (acestep-v15-xl-base). Every config/registry cell
uses this string; the three divergent tokens are superseded.
WSL2+Puget = the generation host for 3D/video/heavy lanes. Windows ComfyUI = the art
fast-iteration lane. Audio = its own venv (ACE-Step standalone + its REST). Animation = its
own env, never folded into ComfyUI. Website + control plane unbound. No lane's containment
choice binds another's.
Port 8001 (ACE-Step REST) and 8189 (Windows ComfyUI) join the Stage-6F table NOW. THE LAW:
no lane's service runs before its port is in the firewall table — an unacknowledged Defender
dialog at 04:00 presents as a hung editor. The setup checklist carries this as a named check.
3D's CPU finishing = ALWAYS-ON class at ≤8 threads. ANIMATION's headless bakes = OVERNIGHT
window at ≤12 threads. The control plane's scheduler owns the CPU budget line; the two
classes never run concurrently at daytime peak.
✅ LANDED 2026-08-02 with Batch 0, one commit, one fidelity re-emit, gates green. (1) the
record shape isdocs/licence_records/RECORD_SCHEMA.jsonwithdocs/licence_records/README.md;
(2) generation_licence_ref is on all TWELVE enrolled registries, and the generation_* set was
extended toT0_Scene_Spec_Registry(status + timestamp + trigger) andT0_Theme_Registry
(trigger) — T0_SFX_Registry already carried all four, so that leg was a verified no-op and is
recorded as one rather than claimed as work; (3) the licence-class token is a REQUIRED key of
the closed payload in harness/generation_prompt_hash.py, whose fixtures prove a SHIPPABLE →
PREVIZ_ONLY demotion changes the hash. GATE 36 check_generation_lifecycle.py tooth L9 enforces
the record and L10 enforces the token. BEYOND THE RULING, named for veto: regeneration_trigger
was also added to T0_Voice_Registry, which C-12 does not list — clause 3 fires
regeneration_required"through the existingregeneration_trigger", so without the column the
clause is inert on the voice lane. Contract: docs/generation_lifecycle.json.
The five asks are one requirement. RULING: (1) the per-artifact git-tracked record beside
each output (control plane's shape) carries generating_model + model_licence +
previz_only; (2) registries get ONE shared column via Batch-0: generation_licence_ref,
plus the existing generation_* column set extended to T0_SFX_Registry, T0_Scene_Spec_Registry
and T0_Theme_Registry as the audio/control asks enumerate; (3) ART's mechanism is adopted:
a licence-class token folds into generation_prompt_hash, so a model's licence demotion
fires regeneration_required automatically. One commit, one fidelity re-emit, named THE
LICENCE SCHEMA COMMIT — queued for the box alongside Batch-0's next window.
PC-5 is ruled the way entry 98's critic narrowed it: THE CANON ROW IS AUTHORITATIVE — a
generated montage retimes to the canon row's seconds, never the reverse; the QT-5 divergence
check ships as a must-not-fire fixture before the first montage imports. With that ruled,
ANIMATION's Animation / montage row (keyed ability_id + presentation_tier_ref) takes DR-2
ordinal 12. VIDEO stays out by its own correct refusal and routes through the Cinematic row
as reference material.
A UE cook is an exclusive-class event in the scheduler: the dispatcher pauses the art
text-encoder CPU offload and the 3D finishing lane for the cook's duration. The control
plane owns the reservation ledger; ~130GB-on-128 can no longer happen by accident.
