unavailable; the director read it end-to-end and spot-verified its two load-bearing registry
claims on disk (T0_Hollow_Codex HW_0001 chapter_window=CH_39-CH_65 — exact; T0_Boss_Encounter
BE_0075_S2 win_condition=FREE;PACIFY — exact) plus its ruling citations against first-hand
session knowledge (ninth-sitting JB set, HL_0080 amendment, Ch 66-74 cleansing scope). Its
kills (F-11, F-10), amendments (incl. the F-2 anti-timidity correction: the T-RLM-CONDITION
tooth asserts the FRAMING field, never a mechanical no-kill rule — HL_0003 collective-not-
individual), and contested positions are ACCEPTED as written.
2. C-1 THE CORRUPTION APERTURE: RULED (b) — the aperture routes through the King's sealing
faculty — WITH the critic's bound made explicit: the Prologue catastrophe stays AUTHORLESS
(CH_PROLOGUE L225) and is never retro-read as the first seep. (c) is the timid option and is
rejected per the calibration. This is a director ruling under REALM_DESIGN_PROGRAM §6.3's
delegation, not a Josh brief.
3. THE CAMERA-DOCTRINE HOME (sm64 contested + critic contested): RULED rank 20 — the GAMEPLAY
camera clause set lands in T1_UI_UX_Spec's fill (with sm64's onboarding + HUD-legibility
findings, the critic's preferred routing), NOT in PRESENTATION_DOCTRINE (rank 19 stays scoped
to cinematic continuity/cuts/transition covers; it gains a one-line cross-pointer only). The
gameplay camera is a play-feel system; loading the josh-brief-gated rank-19 doc would delay
CN5.2 for a surface it never owned. sm64 SM64-1 verdict stays MISSING per the critic's
verification.
4. RETRY-LATENCY BOUNDARY (sm64 SM64-9 vs cell 13): PINNED as the sm64 draft split it —
per-attempt EXECUTION-SURFACE latency = sm64's row; RUN-ECONOMY = the hades lens (its P1-C
brief carries the boundary note). RecordRetryLatency lands ONCE, on the sm64 side, as a
QS-13..18 diagnostic; the hades lens consumes its output rather than re-minting.
5. THE ONE-SIGNATURE COLLAPSE (corruption F-6/F-17): ACCEPTED — one signature row for the fairy
realm whose law is the saturation/flow field (canon's own), physical_expression=flow_state,
perception inversion as CONSEQUENCE not second law. flow_state enters the V-adequacy probe
fixture set.
6. AFFLICTION_STATE (contested 3): DERIVE-FIRST — the fold records the derive-vs-mint check as a
Wave-2 schema-mint input (check awareness_category/target_type derivability BEFORE minting),
per the critic's cheaper-path note. C-3 re-framed per the critic (the typing exists).
7. THE sm64 AUDIT'S SELF-CORRECTIONS (its brief was stale twice): ACCEPTED — the roster-spec
claims "defeat-axis blocked" and "COVERED: stamina coupling" are corrected in the fold
record; the CLAUDE.md "mode_variety_check 0/79" staleness is a separate one-line known-issue
touch queued with task #22's doc-hygiene batch, not this fold.
8. F-01 KILL ACCEPTED: enrich.py:77-78 mirrors ratified CVD §§6.2 cell-for-cell — the pack
quotes the constitution; no defect. The 28f ledger/handoff headline lines are CORRECTED in
the 28g entry (never silently rewritten).
9. F-10 SCOPE CUT ACCEPTED: the 41 count was exact but only ~10-11 (CH_69 ×10, CH_68 ×1) are
genuine deity-instantiation mis-cites; the repair is scoped to those, the T-RLM-ANCHOR
must-fire fixture becomes a named CH_69 citation (the 41-wide fixture would ship a noisy
gate — the noisy-gate-conceals law). The mint of the deity-presence row + presence_class
enum (F-11) stands.
10. THE CARE-TIERING VOCABULARY: RULED per the critic — the realm ruleset's care column adopts
the ratified 2-value care_tier (standard | elevated; T1_Region_Page_Template L120-121, the
charter §3.2 badge source); the gate-enforced 6-value care_band stays UNTOUCHED. The table
rebuilds on that vocabulary.
11. THE THREE TIER CONFLICTS: (a) DUAT = standard care_tier carrying the elevated Egyptian
duties — the spine heading + body ×2 + T0_Chapter_Index + BE_0069 agree; the charter §1.1
'ELEVATED' is proposal-tier prose and loses to ratified surfaces. (b) CH 70 HADES =
elevated — the RESOLVED v3 typing in built forks.csv wins over charter prose (trust built
content over labels; same principle, opposite direction). (c) CH 72 MAXIMUM-vs-elevated:
NO silent change — BE_0072 'maximum' is a built row; the CVD/HL_0009 leg (only Ch 29/42/57
named maximum) is real; the row lands CONTESTED-CARRIED with both sources quoted, routed to
the realm Wave-2 schema mint where the care columns land under their own critic.
12. ROWS 1-4 CARE INFLATIONS: corrected per the critic — CH_66/67/68/69 land as the spine's own
repeated formulation 'standard care, carrying an elevated §17.1 duty' (tier standard, duty
elevated), with the inflation disclosed in the fold record. The four MISSING §1.3 surfaces
(incl. the Dream Tradition under Ch 57's maximum adjacency) are ADDED as rows.
13. THE CELL-24/VISTA DEDUPE (ac-historical contested 1): the vista-as-REWARD half + cell 24
belong to ac-traversal's return; the civ-mark↔vista TEACHING binding stays with
ac-historical. One amendment per cell at fold.
14. AC-13's EVADE limb: struck per the critic — D-EVADE-TOKEN is a Josh ruling (2026-07-20);
never re-litigated. The pursuit/passage arena-grammar half folds as WEAKER.
15. PC-4 THE BAND COLLAPSE: routes to a JOSH DECISION BRIEF, never a silent apply - the
4-bands-x-10-base-elements sizing narrows the Josh-nodded mastery-tier-variant hard
requirement and costs the 21 hybrids their presentation identity; reversible upward but
not downward after assets exist. The fold records it BRIEF-QUEUED with the critic's
corrected arithmetic (live key space 31x8=248; ability_id IS an audited RowName - only
the derived variant key is unaudited).
16. PC-8: the critic's amendment ACCEPTED - the recommendation does NOT re-open the ruled
pip-meter shape (confirmed reading: transient render-band promotion, no second meter, no
stat, no storage), but as drafted it rewards repetition and is boss-scoped; it lands
re-shaped with a variety signal + a non-boss home, or not at all.
17. PC-2: split verdict per the critic - requirement WEAKER (the ceiling amendment is landed),
mechanism MISSING (the doctrine has no realm tier; the seven-clause reservation is the
paste-ready fix).
18. PC-12 CARE-INFLATION amendment ACCEPTED: restate on the corpus's own ruled wording - no
sampling of consecrated performance; reference-COMPOSITION permitted. The draft's
blanket reference-first rule would freeze generated audio for 4 of 10 realms for no s17
reason. PC-11's corrected numbers (18 SFX rows; key = layering_role) are MUST-FIX facts.
19. PC-6: lands on T1_Ability_Tree (which anchors the ladder in five places) as
CONTENTLESSNESS, not homelessness. PC-9's T1_Audio_Spec 2-page delegating stub is
DIRECTOR-authored work (T1 authority seat) - carried as a work order, never fanned out.
20. PC-15: R-A15 dedupe per the critic - the cross-realm signature lands as the HEAD of the
realm art bible (charter s4.2), not beside it. PC-16 merges with the register's existing
colour-independence entry as ONE entry with two halves (negative/accessibility +
positive/identity).
