CH_76 — v3.1 EXEMPLAR (The Two Courts: the Named Patriarch, then the Father)

What this is. The FINALE exemplar (hard-line node), completing the trio with CH_12_v3 (early/assimilation) + CH_39_v3 (modern). It exists to prove v3.1 handles the three finale-specific hard cases: (1) path-conditional boss-phase branching via the new path_dispatch fork kind — a fork inside the boss (the Father encounter runs 2 phases on peaceful paths, 3 on Evil), which the v2.5 beat layer could not represent at all; (2) the reveal gate at its sharpest — Cassius NAMED (bounded LIFTED) at one beat while the thesis + Grand Sage stay HELD, the father-silence bookend beginning, all provable per-beat; (3) path_bucket LOCKED (post-Ch-65) — the forks READ the committed ending rather than moving it (the deliberate contrast with CH_12/CH_39's UNLOCKED). Does NOT overwrite the live entry. Prose/anchors/[SRC:]/reveal-discipline preserved by reference.

PRESERVED (unchanged from CH_76.md v2.5): Block 1 preamble · Block 2 Entry header (hard-line, the pre-drafted Stage-2 set) · Block 3 Continuity anchor · Block 4 Body prose · Block 5 Threads (T3 CONFRONTATION, T6 ANCHOR, T20 ANCHOR) · Block 6 Civ-marks · Block 7 Everything-woven · Block 12 Key ally NPCs · Block 14 Protected-framing (the antisemitism guardrail at its ABSOLUTE sharpest — load-bearing, preserved verbatim) · Block 15 Anti-fringe · Block 16 Three-layer · Block 17 Asset anchors · Block 20 Decisions (the Stage-2 question set). v3 changes only Blocks 8/9/10/11/13/18 + the seam.

§10 · BEAT GRAPH (was: 5 prose bullets spanning TWO bosses → now: 10 typed v3.1 beats; the reveal gate at its most load-bearing)

Beat-scale mode_variety: combat B01/B04 · puzzle B03 · character B02/B05/B06/B07/B08/B09 · transformation B10 → dominant_combat_mode puzzle_routed (the Cassius social-argument + taught-pattern-read fight is the mode-defining encounter); no learning beat (a finale legitimately runs 4 of the 5) · intensity PEAK.

§10b · FORK GRAPH — two forks, both READING the LOCKED path (post-Ch-65 contrast)

The Evil-path father-fall writes the state the Ch-77 exemplar READS (the father-gloss present iff the King survived). Same field, opposite mode to CH_12/CH_39: those forks ACCUMULATE texture toward the Ch-65 lock; these READ the locked bucket. The spiderweb's origin→lock→ending spine made machine-legible.
