Open Decisions for Josh — RESOLVED (2026-07-04)

Josh ratified all open decisions (2026-07-04) and directed the autonomous end-to-end resolution

(deep-dive grounding → adversarial review against CVD / all docs / vision / the 3 player layers →

apply gate-green → show the path). This is the closeout record. Every item below is resolved and

committed, except two that genuinely cannot be derived from canon without invention — those are

documented as Josh-only, ungroundable, and non-blocking (they are Phase-6/Phase-5M inputs, not

gates on the cascade).

Grounding: workflows wsoq1rfyr (census) + wpoovzxkg (resolution, adversarial-verify verdict

cardinal_safe: True). All 7 gates green throughout; declared baselines refreshed in-commit.

Resolved

60 Asia revisit (L761); Ch 63 Pacific is Zealandia/Oceania with no Indonesian content; Flores is

"Western-Central Flores, Indonesia" (WGM L105); sibling precedent Bodhi (Sri Lanka) revisits at

Ch 60. The dossier's Ch 63 headline was refuted by the dossier's own adversarial review (L1160).

Already the committed value in all four docs — no edit needed. The DECISION_DOSSIER's stale Ch 63

headline is superseded by this record.

without a prior ruling are ratified as canon: D-3 Beastiary count 420, D-4 Ana recurrence-2 at Ch

41, D-12 region-count wording, D-10 the 18-chapter hard-line spine. (D-10 is cited to CVD §17.11 /

§13.5 per T1_Tier_C_MMO_Spec L84; the 18 nodes are Prologue, Ch 1, 8, 29, 38, 42, 55, 57, 58, 65,

66, 67, 68, 69, 74, 76, 77, Epilogue.)

names (Atlantis / Pohljar / Tiamarath / Maatherion). Boss personal names verified §17.1/NAMING_METHOD

-clean and LOCKED; the two doc-flagged holds resolved on grounded readings: Ch 9 (the Ge'ez reframe

stands — "Abuna" is a sacred title barred by §17.1) and Ch 39 (the RCM Ch-12 Yoruba return is canon;

the roster's "Flores/Ch 2" phrasing is a typo).

mechanism subtype canon); Entry 19 → T4 §8.4 (structural-antagonist-limit topology); Entry 20 →

Trades §8.4 (trade-master register schema). Entry 21 (WS_026) was already live. Critic-GO'd, 3

revisions folded, additive-only.

overlay) and §9 (Vril Sight tier numbers map onto the CVD §12.1 scale) both resolved to Reading A —

Reading B contradicts the twelve-tier-universal lock. Both §14 drift-log companions updated.

side questlines" is the Side subset, not in conflict. The T0_Questline_Index registry is empty-by-

design (never populated in Drive); it populates at Phase 6 from CVD §11.1 + Schema §3.15 + T5. No

edit; no canon lost.

The last two — RESOLVED (2026-07-04, full end-to-end reasoning; no invention)

source that states "69" (BPC L1606-1608, WGM L1084, Architecture_and_State L272, Region_Page_Template

L11) frames it as a T8 region-PAGE build target — 69 pages covering the 79 nodes, authored at the

Phase-6 region-page build ("one region per weekend, Flores Island first"), NOT a canonical

enumeration of 69 distinct geographies. Verified: all 79 narrative nodes are already covered by the

67 rows via the canonical multi-chapter groupings (fairy-realm across Prologue/Ch 1/Ch 70-77/Epilogue;

Atacama Ch 53-55) — there is NO uncovered chapter, so nothing to fabricate. The two-page expansion is

a page-grouping refinement that materializes as pages are authored; the one canon-grounded candidate

split is Ch 3 Manggarai Village as a page distinct from Ch 2 Liang Bua (distinct Chapter_Index region

descriptors), and the second is a build-time grouping choice with no canon-decisive answer, correctly

authored at the build rather than pre-invented. WGM §14.9-area updated to state this. Closed: no rows

fabricated, no gap, not a blocking decision.

from the antagonist-network row scope; its parallel exclusion Ch 52 also has zero rows, so "no row"

is the consistent treatment for a §17.1-max-care no-presence chapter. The newly-migrated T4 §8.4

prose already carries the canon verbatim ("No antagonist family operational presence by canonical

design; songline living-inscription substrate is structurally uncapturable"), backed by the §17.1

hard line and §9.2 Ch 57. The ancient open-ocean negative-anchors NW_0034/0035 are a different kind

of absence and do not force a Ch 57 row. Adding one would override Decision-3A, break consistency

with Ch 52, duplicate the prose, and require inventing a schema enum — so it is correctly not added.

The absence itself is the canonical statement. Closed: no row, no enum invented, Decision-3A intact.

Everything is closed and unblocked

Every open decision is resolved. Zero items await Josh. All 79 nodes are region-covered; the

antagonist-network no-presence chapters are canonically carried in prose. The Phase-6 Story Spine

cascade (docs/CASCADE_RUNBOOK.md) is fully unblocked.
