Books that reached the scan inbox and were REJECTED before any drain. The PDFs here are gitignored
like every other scan; this README is the tracked RECORD, so the decision survives even though the
binary does not.
Nothing in this folder has been ingested. drain_inbox.py only reads
_ready_for_processing/, so moving a file here removes it from the pipeline by construction rather
than by remembering not to run something.
From the RULED care-scope class rules (contract §2.6b + CVD §17.1), and the reason is the whole
point: fabricated occult/racial pseudohistory is authorial-only BECAUSE IT IS FALSE — not
because the subject is sensitive. Documented atrocity is TRUE HISTORY and ordinary substrate. The
line is pseudohistory-versus-history, never subject matter.
So a rejection here is a claim about the book's factual standing, not squeamishness about its
topic. The corresponding obligation is that the REAL history gets researched instead — that is
docs/AUTHORIAL_REBUTTAL_DOSSIERS.md, which exists precisely because these three were rejected.
All three are Robert Sepehr titles, scanned in the same batch. Two books from that batch were KEPT
and are good sources (Richard Leakey, *The Origin of Humankind*; García Márquez, *Love in the Time
of Cholera*) — the scanning method is fine, the issue was one author.
"whether it is the Jesuits or Zionists who are responsible for our troubles"; "a Christian heresy
started by crypto Jews called 'Marranos'"; a list of "ancient occult bloodlines, which include
the Rothschilds". Additionally hits the ONE hard hold in class rule 1: this material must never
feed the House-of-Velheim BANKING engine, and the book is a banking-conspiracy text.
Real scholarship: dossier 1 (Scholem, Maciejko, Goldish, Dweck, Şişman).
pre-WWII Germany, the Vril Society used the swastika emblem to link Eastern and Western
occultism. They advanced the idea of a subterranean matriarchal utopia ruled by a race of Aryan
beings who had mastered a mysterious force called Vril."
This was the dangerous one. The game's core magic system is named vril, and the standing
firewall requires it to read mathematical and physical, never race-mystical. Ingested, this book
would have surfaced on every "vril" retrieval and contaminated the central system from inside.
Real scholarship: dossier 2 (Bulwer-Lytton 1871 as the actual origin; Goodrick-Clarke, Kurlander,
Strube on how the Society claim was manufactured).
Real scholarship: dossier 3 (Stringer, Scerri, Pääbo, Berger; Göbekli Tepe; the Younger Dryas
impact hypothesis as specialists actually regard it).
Move the file here, add a bullet above stating the book, the specific falsifiable problem (quote
the source where you can), and which dossier or research task covers the real material. A rejection
without that replacement half is only doing the easy part of the job.
